My goal is not to make players look good in a cage for 30 minutes.
My goal is to help them become better baseball players when the game speeds up.
That means building swing mechanics, approach, pitch recognition, defense, throwing, baserunning, confidence, and baseball IQ.
I’ve lived the game at a high level. I’ve been the talented kid. I’ve been humbled. I’ve played on one of the most historic teams in college baseball. I’ve seen what real preparation looks like when the moment gets big.
